We ask you to provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellations for any appointments.

We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice.

Appointments that are NOT canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours to your appointment time will be charged 50% to your credit card. No show will be charged 100% of the service booked by you. Please contact the spa at (808) 500-7532.
